How To Enable Global Menu in Elementary OS

Do You want try Global Menus like Macintos or Unity Style in Elementary OS Luna?  Oke, Well it's easy! You can enable with super wingpanel.

Oke first take look at result :

Okey, Now follow step by step:

  1. To Install super wingpanel, press CTRL+ALT+T on your keyboard to open terminal : Copy and Paste in Terminal :
    sudo apt-add-repository ppa:heathbar/super-wingpanel-daily
    
    sudo apt-get update
    
    sudo apt-get install super-wingpanel

    Note: if you use elementary-tweaks, you will also have to disable its ppa, as ppa:versable/elementary-update and if you have been install ppa:heathbar/super-wingpanel, Remove it.
  2. To get it working, indicator-appmenu and dconf-tools are needed. Install them via:
  3. sudo apt-get install indicator-appmenu dconf-tools

Enable Global Menu 

  1. Open Dconf Editor from your Applications menus.
  2. Navigate Org -> pantheon -> cerebre, Change values monitored process to:
    ['plank', 'slingshot-launcher --silent', 'env UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=0 super-wingpanel']
    
    dconf Editor
  3. Navigate to org -> pantheon -> desktop -> super-wingpanel, change the value of blacklist to: ['']
  4. Logout and back Login, It's Done.

  2. nice ... and thanks.. btw what calendar you use? can your calendar change icon every day with number of the day? :v gimana ya gue ngomong bahasa Inggrisnya... apakah ada referensi buat calender yang iconnya berubah ketika misal ini tanggal 17 maka iconnya 17, kemudian besok berganti 18... biar kelihatan cantik di plank
